How does the 100-night risk-free trial work?
We believe you need time to adjust to a new mattress. Try any Casper mattress in your home for up to 100 nights. If you don't love it, we'll pick it up and provide a full refund.
What is the shipping cost and delivery timeframe?
We offer free shipping on all mattresses and bedding within the continental US and Canada. Most orders ship via UPS and arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
Do Casper mattresses require a specific type of bed frame?
Our mattresses are designed to work on most firm, flat surfaces, including slatted frames, platform beds, or our own Casper Foundation. We do not recommend using a traditional box spring.
How is the mattress shipped to my home?
Your mattress is compressed, vacuum-sealed, and shipped in a compact, maneuverable box. Once unboxed, it will expand to its full shape within minutes, though it may take up to 24 hours to fully firm up.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We stand by our quality with a 10-year limited warranty on all mattresses. This covers manufacturing defects and structural issues like permanent indentations greater than one inch.
How do I clean my Casper products?
The mattress cover can be spot cleaned with mild detergent and cold water. For pillows and sheets, please refer to the specific care label as most are machine washable on a gentle cycle.
