Schedule a Pickup
For mattresses and furniture, we will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to remove the item from your home at no extra cost.
Ship Smaller Items
For pillows, sheets, and weighted blankets, simply print the prepaid UPS shipping label we provide and drop the package at any authorized location.
Receive Your Refund
Once the item is picked up or received at our warehouse, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
